Palm Builders recently received an honorable mention in recognition of remodeling excellence 2009, from NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) for the project below.

                    
This house was a standard 1970 Ranch.  The owner wanted a two story with a large Master bedroom and Master bathroom.  She also wanted a large party room with an entertainment system.  Using the existing footprint of the house, we put the whole thing on the second floor.  And, we should mention, the home owner works out of her home and stayed in the house during the entire project.

When the current owner bought the next house, a previous occupant had closed in the porch.  He wanted it to look like it did when it was built.  Palm Builders re-built the decaying deck and replaced the rotting wood.  We then built the new columns and trimmed the house to restore the original style.

This house was built with a small porch upstairs which the owner 
never used.  The owner wanted a extra bathroom, so Palm Builders enclosed the porch and built a full bathroom with a tiled shower.  We also replaced the windows and used an impact resistant glass.  Notice the new entry porch.  Not only does the home look great but it keeps the rain off too.

This house is on the water facing Tampa Bay.  Installing the large entry porch over the front door, which was relocated, gave this house a beautiful look.  Notice the small porch roof that matches the large one over the bedroom.
